There are many types of toughness, and you're demonstrating the best kind--the kind that assures you're living authentically, that your character and abilities are well used, despite challenges. Good on you. (Or give yourself a slap on the back, whichever you prefer)

Or as we say in ACA, we learn to keep the focus on ourselves.
